Just Show Up
Just Show Up for yourself. This doesn’t necessarily mean needing to train at 100% every single day. This means showing up for yourself in that you do something that makes you feel good each and every day.
It’s about giving it all you’ve got, as well. Listening to your body on days where we aren’t up for it but really focusing, dialing in and making it count when we do train. “The only workout you regret doing is the one you didn’t do.” Push yourself in every aspect - you can and will become the best version of yourself by listening to yourself and pushing your limits.

This concept came to me to force myself into a habit of not constantly checking my phone immediately when I wake up. It is a way of reminding myself that I can leave my phone beside my bed while I fully invest myself in my morning routine. I can make breakfast without answering emails. I can brush my teeth without scrolling through Instagram or reading my text messages. Your time is incredibly valuable - use it as wisely as you can. It’s so important to emphasize your morning routine.
It can also apply to sleeper inners - who dont want to be disturbed before the afternoon lol
