If you follow me on Instagram, you would know that yoga, mindfulness, and affirmations are huge for me. Sometimes I feel lost or uninspired and I seek inspiration from outside sources for different affirmations that I can anchor through my morning yoga flow and set as an intention for my day ahead.
Updated weekly, I will provide different yoga flows that I have been loving, as well as affirmations that can be used through your morning flows or journaling.
My Affirmations this week (02/15/2021):
I have the knowledge to make smart decisions for myself.
I have all that I need to make today a great day.
I am, and always will be, enough.
I acknowledge my own self-worth – my confidence is rising.
I let go of any negative feelings about myself or my life and accept all that is good.

I refer to my meal plans as “Strict Guides”. This means that I encourage you to follow it as closely as possible while allowing yourself the flexibility to not restrict yourself or allow your meal plan to control your life. I encourage you to take inspiration from it, adjust the recipes according to what you have available to you and listening to your satiety when it indicates that you are full.
