Flex w Shlex Online Training encompasses 3 main components:
Workout Program
Your workout program is 100% customized to you, your start point, your activity level, lifestyle, and your goals. I will build you a personalized program based on a questionnaire that allows you to indicate details about yourself. The workout program is delivered to you via my app with videos of me performing each exercise, as well as a written description of each movement. It will be scheduled on days that work for you, with equipment that you have access to and focused on your goals. My goal is to find your balance between challenging and realistic - to ensure we get the job done.
Meal Plan
While activity and movement are critical, what you put into your body is paramount to all else. Your food is your fuel - It is a major factor in reaching your goals. Similar to your starting point, your goals, and your lifestyle, everyone is different; so your meal plan should be too. Your meal plan is 100% customized and tailored to you. I evaluate your needs, consider your dietary restrictions, assess your lifestyle and incorporate your favorite foods to produce a balanced, effective, and non-restrictive meal plan that you will love.
Accountability
Arguably, the most important component. Nowadays, we have infinite access to different workouts and resources to healthy options, but sticking to it and being able to adjust and adapt is where the magic happens. We will be in contact throughout the entirety of your program and making changes as necessary. We will be doing weekly check-ins together. I will hold you accountable, provide motivation and keep you on track. The importance is Just Showing Up.
